We offer a 10-day exchange policy. Store credit will be issued on a gift card, receipt required, in new condition with all tags attached. Gift cards do not expire.
Store credit will be issued for online purchases, as well. The customer will be responsible for all of the return shipping costs and Lorin's Luxe will not refund any shipping fees.
